Why I am opening spaces for men
and why it is very much needed at this time

I am coming back from our second ORIN retreat week in Portugal, feeling inspired and regenerated.
I have witnessed the deep transformation of eight incredible women who chose, with courage, to look inward to address the source of their blockers (and not just the symptoms), and to reclaim their essence, their truth, and their self-leadership.
We broke their old scripts, removed the masks that were no longer serving them, and uncovered old wounds, transforming those blockers into a new energy of creation and courage.
There is something magical that happens when women leaders come together to witness and mirror each other. To me, this is the real medicine in this world (not the medication we are given to numb ourselves): healing our hearts, our souls, and reconnecting with our truth.
This energy is the kind of fuel we need to bring back into businesses, new ventures, and our lives—traveling from the mind back to the heart. 💛
Coming back from this second retreat, I too experienced a deep transformation while holding space and witnessing the group’s journey. Because they are also a mirror of my own.
A big breakthrough I had during this retreat was realizing how much unconscious resentment I had been storing toward men—resentment that was unfortunately translating into my most intimate relationships, in an unconscious way. The men who betrayed and abused me. The men who harmed the women I love. The men who led wars and colonialism. It was a profound collective wound I hadn’t realized I have absorbed and was carrying.
My mind was aware of it, of course. But my nervous system wasn’t and it was running the show in the background.
That, unfortunately, is the story of many founders I coach.
I have worked extensively with men, and I love working with them. Yet deep down, some resentment remained unresolved. Something I finally had to face during this retreat through deep somatic work within the safe group container I’ve created.
As I began releasing this old anger toward men, I could finally see the bigger picture from a completely new perspective: compassion.
Men are also struggling. They need support systems. They too have been hurt in the process, trying to do their best with what they know, shaped by how they were raised. They also carry their own resentment from not doing things “right”, trying to navigate the world and their place since the MeToo movement, and a big shift of power with women rising.
I have initially chosen to prioritize women in my work because they were the ones showing up first, ready to do the inner work. But my intention has never been to create division between genders. Still, I can see the gap widening as women continue to gain resources to rise into their full power, while men keep the status quo.
While women are working on redefining a new way of leading—leading from truth, tapping into their “feminine” power, flowing with intuition—men also have an opportunity to evolve. They too can tap into their full potential by leading from the heart, tapping into their own intuition and emotions, instead of functioning through the mind alone.
The mind is a very limited part of the self. We try to compute incredibly complex decisions through the mind, but at some point it can’t keep up. We start to make projections, creates walls in our mind, lead by fear instead of love and courage.
Meanwhile, the body—what we call the “gut” or intuition—processes information on a complete different level. And this resource remains vastly untapped in men in leadership today.
That is why I have decided to open a space next Spring for men with ORIN, mirroring all the work I have done with women and guided by a team of experienced men who are leading this evolution.
Together, we are designing the blueprint for women and men leaders in this new world, where balance of the self is essential. For more harmony and unity in our societal systems.
I am happy to announce that I will lead this work with one of my closest friends and business partners, Marko. We both have done deep inner work and have an extensive experience holding spaces and coaching. So, we are excited to accompany men who are ready for this journey now.
In an interesting way, this work is our evolution from Olivya AI. Leading the work on the human side, in a future dominated by AI and tech.
